HydroScience Engineers, Inc. (HSe) is a civil/environmental engineering firm with offices in California and Vietnam that provides planning, design, and construction management services for water, wastewater, and recycled water projects. Providing high-quality comprehensive water resources engineering services is our mission.

HSe works closely with HydroScience Consulting (HSc), our affiliated company based in Sydney and Byron Bay, Australia. Together, HSe and HSc focus on applying their expertise throughout the Pacific Rim.

HSe employs civil, environmental, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers as well as planners, construction managers and inspectors, and CADD designers. We also call upon licensed operators from our affiliated operations company, HydroScience Operations (HSo), to provide essential feedback for our planning and design teams.

Together, the HydroScience team brings together diverse talents to work on one focused task: developing strategic water solutions.
