Summary of Services
Planning, design, permitting, and construction management

Project Scope
HSe converted the resort's existing SBR wastewater treatment plant into an advanced 350,000 gpd (1.3 ML/d) immersed membrane bioreactor (MBR) facility. Wastewater is treated to California Title 22 standards and reused for golf course irrigation and toilet flushing, and all remaining effluent is discharged to large community leachfields. Recycled water is stored in a 56-acre-foot (70 ML) double synthetic lined seasonal storage reservoir. Since the resort is located on Tribal land, HSe permitted the plant for irrigation on both Federal and County land.

This project was awarded the WateReuse Desalination Project of the year in 2009.
