Project Scope
For this project -- the largest design-build project of its kind in Northern California -- HSe is retrofitting over 90 sites throughout the San Francisco Bay area to use recycled water for landscape irrigation, toilet flushing, and/or cooling tower makeup. Sites include schools, parks, shopping centers, streetscapes, a golf course, and several corporate buildings including Pixar Studios, the Chiron Building, and the Chevron Building.
HSe is also working with local and state agencies to secure regulatory approval for each retrofit.
